NOTE: Tetra Pak hired my services as a consultant right away since they could not find someone to replace me right away. It took 6 months before they managed to hire a new candidate. - Partnered with HR on employee engagement activities and team issue resolution. - Worked with VP for Capital Equipment on his 2011 Teambuilding and Tetra Pak's 2020 strategy cascade. - Assisted new managers with team issues and performed Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) sessions to help build team understanding.
