Led the management of QA and Implementation Programs for John Hancock during a two-year initiative to merge Life and Variable Life Companies into a central entity, requiring participation and coordination at the program level from multiple business units, as well as coordinating a comprehensive Cross-Business Unit testing and mandated cutover at year-end.
