Contributed to and then led examination teams for 5 annual cycles. Provided leadership and facilitation skills to each PFE Team from initial application review through site visit to final feedback dissemination to 5 different organizations ranging from health care to education and business. Provided consistent, objective feedback and organizational effectiveness coaching for executive and mid-level leadership. Performed train-the-trainer for new examiners.
