As the Vie President and co-funder of NPS Corporation, I was responsible for development of the operational strategic plan, operations infra-structure development, asset development, facilitates development, hiring key staff members, Driving corporate growth strategy, and development for operations and distribution bases overseas. Lead 12 member cross-functional staff. Responsible for a $20mm operating budget. Lead cross-functional teams in driving strategic efforts. Deliver expansion both domestically and globally by developing managing and leading M&A activities, joint ventures, divestiture projects. Accountable leading strategic projects, driving results, defining outcomes, changing business outcomes successfully
