As the President and CEO of an FDA regulated consumer products manufacturing company responsible for development and deployment of the companies vision, mission, goals, strategies, polices, procedures and growth. Lead develop and nurture a cross-functional staff of 15 consisting of chemists, engineers, operations managers, sales executives, human resources and accountants. Responsible for all capital procurement, budgetary activity and assets. Key liaison between the market and the company including key customers. Attract, recruit and retain required personnel and represent the company with clients, banks, business partners and civic leaders. Provide the company with support it needs to meet technology development goals, achieve and surpass business goals and achieve investor creditor goals. Champion the development and deployment of tools methodologies, standards practices and processes. Deliver customer satisfaction.
