Daily Duties at Nice Pak Products:
As the Vice President of Green Bay Operations accountable for local throughput of $100mmm, in addition to being a key strategist/advisor for 5 member team responsible for $800 mm North American manufacturing plan, I was responsible for activities of the Green Bay operation including the $50 million manufacturing budget, all manufacturing operation activities, staff of 10, 150 manufacturing employees and the sole supplier within the companies manufacturing umbrella to the number one strategic North American customer. In addition, responsible for successfully developing and supporting North American manufacturing strategies relating to capacity, costs, manufacturing efficiencies. Synthesizing complex strategic problems relating to manufacturing capacity planning and placement. Lead the development and implementation of the annual budget. Plan and implement capital projects that protect the companies assets and deliver a high ROI. Work closely with executive team to develop an implement plans for the operational infra-structure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate rapid growth objectives of company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams groups, coordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives.
