Manager responsible for quality systems from the planning stages through on-going production. – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA – Utilized corrective and preventive action to minimize errors and reduce cost.  Trained employees in basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) and weld quality.  Trained Quality Inspectors. Quality Inspector promoted to conduct full lifecycle assessments, including all extensive part layouts and testing.  Monitored equipment calibration.  Interpreted blueprints.
