Essential representative tasked with overseeing and directing the implementation of ISO 9000 compliant systems in alliance with the daily Quality Manger roles and responsibilities.  Trained Employees in ISO 9000 principles. Manager responsible for quality systems from the planning stages through on-going production. – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA – Utilized corrective and preventive action to minimize errors and reduce cost.  Trained employees in basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) and weld quality.  Trained Quality Inspectors. Quality Inspector promoted to conduct full lifecycle assessments, including all extensive part layouts and testing.  Monitored equipment calibration.  Interpreted blueprints.
