Daily Duties at Custom Profile:
Quality Engineer recruited to assess rejection criteria in conjunction with developing various work instructions, inspection check sheets and assorted inspection plans. Supported defect prevention teams as well as several continuous improvement ideas and project launches. Developed reject criteria for visual standards and trained employees in visual defect characteristics. Developed Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) documentation for off-line systems. Developed numerous gages/check fixtures and tooling. Seated on both the Safety Committee Team and the Employee Development Team. Served as liaison for customer concerns.
