• Led, managed, and assisted others with complex issues/outages affecting broad business groups including advising on the inter-connectivity of various internal and external systems. This included escalation and communication to senior leaders. • Led and participated in work management, business planning and strategy discussions. This included creation of business plans. • Provided guidance to team members, peers, and management in other business areas on operational issues, technical questions, business processes and management issues. • Managed performance and development of a team including up to 9 associates responsible for report creation using SQL as well as testing new and/or updated system functionality. Led recruitment and interview process regarding selection of new associates. • Proactively assessed and analyzed processes and work product to manage and mitigate risk, assure best practices, and align with current business needs. • Key participant in numerous projects impacting multiple business areas. Collaborated across business units to ensure all business needs were met, and led the implementation for the change for my business area.
