Daily Duties at United Statest Navy Reserve:

I delivered support by providing IT skills and leadership in individual career and overall unit activity. The IT skills were to maintain the network, monitor the network, and repair the network. I also maintained computers, printers and network equipment. I also created and maintained documents for the IT systems, including changes, repairs, upgrades, etc. All of the IT responsibilities were tasked to me. • Performed important duties as daily activities which are classified • Presented monthly audits(MS Project) for supervisors and teams by utilizing databases (MS Access, SQL), statistics (MS Excel), reporting (MS Word) as well as presentations (MS Powerpoint, MS Visio). • Presented monthly activity (MS Excel, Word) and strategies utilizing presentation methods • Devised new strategies for more efficient audits and reporting functions • Trained associates on intelligence service, and techniques • Maintained IT systems at local level(Hardware, network, Software – Administration) • Trained associates on IT systems • Created and maintained database, front-end
