Daily Duties at Hampson Aerospace:
Held responsible for assembling, repairing, inspecting, and fitting horizontal stabilizer. Applied dynamic leadership talents to a team of nine employees in the horizontal stabilizer section of the Eclipse 500. Presided over the training of the team on most effective and efficient methods of drilling, riveting, and mating subcomponents. Procured needed tooling, including drills, reamers, and rivet guns for proper assembly. Utilized borescope inspection tools to locate and remove FOD from hard to reach spaces. Oversaw the preparation of all assemblies for review and inspection by QA.
