Daily Duties at Brooksource/Atos :
• Perform break and fix on computer hardware and printers. • Conduct image and configuration for new installations and re-installations of Macintosh and Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Win 7 environment. • Connect Printers and various network equipment as well as removal of computer equipment. Oversee and assist with end user installations, moves, adds and changes. • Provide installation and support for Blackberry, corporate iPad and iPhone. • Maintain user accounts via Active Directory. • Key support person for senior executives for all technology needs including support for Bloomberg terminals and keyboards.
