Daily Duties at Johnson & Wales University:

Headed all national student recruiting in US for 4 campuses, while supervising 52 full-time admissions representatives via 4 field managers, and dotted-line supervision of campus Financial Aid operations. Monitored staff expenditures, prepared budgets, part of the university admissions marketing team (full cycle – idea, implementation, and analysis) and established rep objectives by territory. Oversaw performance counseling and conducted staff reviews. Represented university admissions as part of executive leadership team.
