Daily Duties at Vineland Soccer Association:
Manage the day to day running and maintenance of high quality coaching for 1000 athletes. Train and educate volunteers and ensure the high education level of all staff. • Run workshops to train staff, both automically and practically. • Write the coaching program for all teams under the Vineland banner. • Ensure teams hit budgets of financial coaching hours and the quality of coaching resembles the product.
