• Performed a variety of market, operational, and financial analyses: spend analysis, cost benchmarking, contract price analysis and forecasting, product usage analysis and commodity price analysis to facilitate key business decisions. • Coordinated the value engineering and hard cost reduction initiatives, which resulted in a 2% to 5% cost decrease per trade category (framing, roofing, plumbing, concrete, drywall, etc.) • Created and implemented plan-specific budgets for all options and agreements and maintained their price payment schedules for each of the 30 communities in the North Las Vegas division.
