Daily Duties at Nypd:

• Provided IT support and leadership in individual career and overall precinct activity by creating information system solutions to combat crime and to manage information more efficiency. The results of this was being able to focus limited resources (police personnel) to be deployed to combat crime and making the community a safer place. • Created databases, developed forms, queries, maps, statistics, networks, computers, servers and maintained and troubleshooted those systems as well as documented any changes of those systems for precinct COMPSTAT • Maintained, monitored, provided security, repaired computer equipment, network LANs and administration • Trained associates on IT systems • Created strategies by utilizing information systems to reduced crime by using limited resources more efficiently. • Devised and utilized strategies for more efficient audits of COMPSTAT data by utilizing the information system that I created. • Performed important duties as daily activities including managing resources and accessing threats and suggested strategies with precinct manager and supervisor • Prepared strategies as well as implemented different types of investigations using information systems as well as common methods • Directed physical security methods to investigations and buildings
