Daily Duties at Us Navy:

Developed the transfer limits of material to meet the operational needed of the navy while deployed to Oconus countries, -NALCOMIS REAL TIME manager for AHOCs, inventory records, site reports for DLR's and ILS data entry. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs, LAMs manager and accounts payable auditor. -Processed monthly summary of Filled Expenditure Difference Listings which challenged charges from monthly budget operating target funds reported by 31 different activities for waste and abuse. -Achieved 60% increase in productivity on F14 and F18 aircraft repairable parts inducted to the Intermediate work cycle from 52 activities in the US by revamping procedures guidelines using the AIRSPEED techniques of the Navy. -Achieved 100% accountability of 73,090 line items from 19 - F14 Striker aircraft turned in to the Reutilization site at St. Julian’s Creek and Navicap by adding to on hand assets needed to support the US Navy fleet. -Supervised 12 personnel in their accurate understanding of the Navy’s supply inventory, auditing and customer service procedures for 18 squadrons based on board Nas Oceana. -Managed over $2.5M of fleet maintenance funds using Excel worksheet data entries for individual commands with 100% accountability monitored by the Commander Naval Atlantic Comptroller. -Reported monthly detailed data for year to date budgets for squadron operational flight fuel consumption per flight hours used per aircraft. -Monitored monthly accountability of credit card purchases by squadron operational needs from outside naval contractor sources. -Counseled 200 personnel on Safety Programs to ensure compliance and newest software upgrades to enhance understanding of ORM (Organizational Readiness Maintenance). -Managed expediting for 68 work centers for surface warfare parts requirements for operational readiness. Processed daily readiness reports for accurate accountability of on-hand assets for high operational detachments. -Training coordinator for 45 personnel accomplishing 99% completion rate on firefighting and safety procedures. Applied techniques to enhance manpower billets (job opportunities) using Excel spreadsheet to define areas of improvement. -Quality Assurance Coordinator for the reporting of 1900 classified line items for the ship’s daily Surface Warfare operational readiness. -During a Management Team Inspection by Commander Fleet Atlantic regarding fuel use, credit card purchases, and inventory control, our team scored highest of all ships in the fleet at 92% percentage rate of readiness on the waterfront of NS Norfolk. -Controlling Authority for all contracted continuing services during import visits by the USS Kearsarge during Med Cruise FY02to FY05 for 15 overseas ports dealing with foreign national’s vendors bidding. -Accountable manager for 7500 weapons systems line items used for antisubmarine warfare to support 20 S3B VIKING aircrafts. -Processed monthly financial audit reports to Commander Naval Atlantic Fleet tailoring low usage outdated material to upgrade levels of operational readiness. -Decreased $2.5M of regional cost allocation by upgrading local management assets software from NALCOMIS to REAL-TIME SQL servers. -During relocation under BRAC (Base Closure and Realignment Commission) funding, realigned and moved 27 squadrons from NAS Cecil Field to NAS Jacksonville; contracted new office spaces and furniture for operational needs saving the Navy over $300k of support funding by using smaller businesses to perform all needed upgrades. -Operation manager verified all Department of Defense open purchase contract requisitions saving the Navy $200k using small companies to expedite deadline completion dates. -Processed monthly Summary Filled Expenditure Difference Listing challenging charges from monthly budget operating target funds reported by 54 activities for waste and abuse. - Managed all invoices from Northrop Grumman representatives in expediting material and weapons repairable needed for squadrons overseas to complete their mission. -Physical training coordinator for 250 personnel. Revamped the exercise program improving military standards by 54% for Sea Control Squadron Three Two. -Manager Trainer on teamwork and high-pressure decision making. -Self-motivated and committed to excelling to all challenges tasked. -Developed Navy policies and guidelines to enhance understanding of mission operational readiness for 10 aircrafts in my custody
