-Performed everyday operations including Safety, Logistics and shipments of all requirements. -Served as inventory logistics manager for Fabrication Company for $1.6 M inventory with 98.9 % accountability. -Managed 11 employees on inventory control of over $3.3M of inventory. -Performed weekly audits and conducted spot inventories with 98% accuracy of material accountability. -Conducted daily production staff meetings eliciting new ideas regarding improvement of production and product shipments. -Managed all forklift training and safety awareness meetings. -Enhanced recycling of all scrap material by working with scrap vendors to return money back to the Company. -Held roundtable meeting to discuss new ideas and production short falls and teamwork production of all shipments processed.
