-Safety manager for OSHA regulation policies and safety awareness meetings. -Managed 7 warehouses to SHARP compliance using OSHCON regulations for 3 years of operations EPS 1822 Maury - 45 employees/2019 Brooks - 60 employees/2102 Brooks - 25 employees /1302 Maury - 50 employees/2001 Opelousas -15 employees/12 Zane Grey, El Paso -Managed and conducted safety audits with detail reports for each warehouse. -Performed investigation of workmen’s comp injuries for all warehouses. -Managed all 300 Logs during 3 year period. -Conducted over 50 personnel forklift certifications and re-certified 60 personnel with zero forklift incidents to date for years 2009/2010. Quality Control coordinator for 34 types of packing material ordered. Ensure material met customer’s requirements and shipment date, -Identified all maintenance and safety discrepancies with photos to define hazard. -Assisted in all facility permits to be compliant for the City of Houston. -Managed 20 trucks and 100 trailers to remain compliant with all DOT requirements. -Advised new methods to increase production. -Managed all drivers’ logs and inspections for all trucks and trailers. -Enhanced the recycling of all scrap material by using local wood and foam companies to return money back to the company.
