Daily Duties at Urban Outfitters:

Ensures timely delivery of merchandise through consistent communication and follow up with vendors, DC and buying team. Develops effective processes to improve workflow results. Responsible for all aspects of PO management: entry, revisions and tracking for both Retail and Direct to consumer channels. Calls exceptions outside of set department standards and boundaries. Liaison between the vendor and the buying team. Develops key relationships with vendor base through the following interactions: setting up new vendors and sending them routing guides/preticketing information. Manages price changes, transfers and RTV processes for both Retail and Direct channels. System expert in the following systems: Island Pacific, Tradestone, BWM & MTS. Supports the buyers by using the systems to determine/acknowledge any exceptions to department standards in regards to PO management and maintenance.
