Daily Duties at Pnc Bank:

 Coordinate and facilitate soft skills training for Managers and Supervisors across multiple job functions within the mortgage division.  Effectively train mortgage loan originators and administrative support personnel on the use of IMPACT loan origination software, loan pricing, product training and company policies.  Create and maintain engaging and dynamic training classes, job aids, manuals, and other learning tools to effectively communicate the use of IMPACT to PNC Mortgage employees.  Function as Project Manager for Loan Officer Essentials.  Facilitate monthly update meetings with Trainers to accommodate changes in training materials and receive input from classes recently trained for on-going program development.
