Daily Duties at Ssm Healthcare:

I was hired to: Streamline processes, lower expenses in multiple areas, increasing physician involvement in the outpatient medical and Dental clinics, Expand usage of outpatient services by 15% and increase inpatient levels of 5%. Monthly arranged transportation for 300+ trips for seniors in the community to increase visits by the senior population to the Health Center. DIrector of 3 Senior Services Departments across the SSM Healthcare system with 15 direct reports and budgets totaling $1.5 million. Established relationships in the community with area Long Term Care communities and became the go-to resource for any matters concerning the Senior Services Departments. Part of the Leadership team that worked to develop, plan, market and sustain the Senior Service service line. Provided expertise in the areas of improving the inpatient experience at the SSM Health Centers. This included looking for areas to reduce anxiety of being hospitalized.
