Daily Duties at Csi:
Served as the IT Customer Support Manager for the 303rd Wing in Aeronautical Systems Center. As the Core Team Lead, my responsibilities were customer service management, complaint handling and resolution, administrative and information technology operations management, information technology security, customer satisfaction enhancement, front end supervision, team building and training, cost reduction strategies, supply order fulfillment, copier and fax management, documentation management, creating and maintaining safety and operating instructions. In addition to, ensuring desktop, laptop and network support components were working properly in support of the warfighter mission, to include, hardware, software, asset management, in-briefing, training, documenting procedures, network fundamentals, and managing Active Directory for all personnel assigned. I managed and supervised 16 IT support personnel that provided on site administrative, supply and information technology support for 1,400 military, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to the WI combat support wing. I was the Project Manager for the 2012 Active Directory and Exchange Migration for 14,000 military and civilian personnel assigned to the HQ Acquisition Complex. I also assisted the Predator/Reaper Program Office with physical security briefing and requirements, as well as working with the SOF Security Personnel on all network and physical access violations. As the Senior Contract Lead, I was also responsible for briefing Senior Military Leadership on new requirements, risk mitigation, supply demands, upcoming network/system changes, and emergency operational readiness policies. Some of my other requirements were time keeping, assigning and monitoring tasks from higher headquarters, and training all team members on the creation and monitoring of Department of Defense safety and security requirements.
