Daily Duties at Milrose Consultants Inc.:

Provide technical management support to clients to facilitate, expedite, and drive to closure all assigned projects. Administer project requirements related to document collection, document review for quality and accuracy Bridge communication between owners, contractors, engineers and Department of Buildings Follow up, coordinate and communicate with owners, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure that applicable codes and specifications are met. For example, review zoning drawings prior to submittal for client requirements. Determine constructability by comparing plans, specifications and drawings to identify any discrepancies or missing details. Assist in obtaining necessary permits. Meet the demands of strict time constraints based on construction schedule and tenant occupancy Write correspondence and verbally communicate directions and procedures to clients and construction professionals. Enter data and create spreadsheet reports for meetings, clients etc. Developed new analytics tool to allow senior management to understand the impact of each project. Prepare and submit filings for Administrative court proceedings as a representative of the client; extensive research; filing for violation dismissals, updating and maintaining client files and heavy client contract.
