GENERAL MANAGER - AMMONIA OPERATIONS Led an $11M acquisition of three ammonia tanks and three pipeline rights-of-way: • Ensured that the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed properly and that no remediation issues existed • Reviewed the purchase and sale agreement, permit transfers, facility history and condition, rights-of-way, and asset lists P&L responsibility for three ammonia tanks and five ammonia pipelines: • Conducted in-depth analyses and led site teams to remedy critical operational, financial, safety, and customer issues at targeted facilities Increased EBITDA percentage from negative or single digits to over 30% at multiple facilities: • Eliminated regulatory fines and penalties by ensuring regulatory compliance • Instituted new procurement procedures, bid processes, and contract negotiations for equipment, supplies, utilities, and services in order to reduce operating expense
