Daily Duties at Engineering:

Oversee aspects of the development, design, fabrication and execution of new composite, metal and assembled tooling and products. Applies knowledge of Advanced Engineering and Scientific methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Analyzes, evaluates, and plans methods of approach and organizes means to create new products & technologies for a program. Manages defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of significant complexity and scope through organizing, delegating and managing work of subordinates and contractors. Has a thorough knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & its principles & strives to drive new designs for ease of manufacturing.
