Effectively led and supervised a staff of part and tool design engineers, manufacturing engineers, CAD drafters, planners, CNC programmer and operator, facilities maintenance personnel, and more than 40 shop floor personnel. Consistently met the improvement of production output and product quality by generating a series of design concepts, continuous improvement programs, productivity improvements, process reengineering, cost reduction, and personnel training programs that streamlined manufacturing flow and further attained customer satisfaction.
