Manage a team of 4 direct reports and 7 indirects. Administrator of two P-Card programs and the expense reporting program. Process all check runs and check requests. Perform vendor maintenance and set up of new vendors. Provide detailed aging report for cash flow management to the Controller and CFO on a weekly basis. Handle internal and vendor inquiries. Troubleshoot issues with implementation of the new SAP system and be the liason with the IT team to resolve. Write and maintain all policies and procedures pertaining to accounts payable, P-Cards, and assist with Purchasing policies and procedures. Maintain Comdata payroll cards and assist with any employee inquiries. Implementation of KPI reporting system where none existed.
