Daily Duties at Cree Inc.:
• Publish LED component results for LM-79, LM-80, and TM-21 (DOE guidelines) • Experiment and characterize product performance • Predict long term performance • Failure analysis; product improvement • Multiple product line support, effectively prioritize company deadlines for product launches • Communicate effective procedures for Engineering and Technician support and provide oversight • Tactful risk communication to senior staff management • Phosphor development support • Production Monitoring • Product improvement/development • Design new test fixtures for new product integration • Meet aggressive company deadlines • Effective management and statistical analysis of large data sets • Lab supply management • Coordinate R&D with Sales to improve products for customer and company driven goals
