Daily Duties at Seven Corners, Inc.:
• Responsible for managing large account service needs, liaison between clients, claims, underwriting, finance, information technology and administrative departments. • Daily claims research and internal/external customer service tasks to include maintaining current and fair salary administration for a department of 74 employees. • Evaluate department staffing needs and make appropriate recommendations. • Prepare and deliver routine statistical, budget and production reports. • Discuss leakage/loss analysis with underwriting. • Develop and implement health benefit plan processing within system based programs. • Review and comply with State and Federal mandates/regulations. • Lead and conduct claims investigations and bring resolution to complex high exposure and litigated claims. • Research and respond to Department of Insurance and Better Business Bureau complaints.
