Daily Duties at Wtci:
Creation of education department to include grant oversight (identify, prepare, submit and report), partnership development (nonprofit, education, government and business agencies), management of fundraising and engagement events (annual development events; community events including PBS character visits to promote literacy and math, screening events and town hall meetings), project management for development of online learning professional development modules with PBS, Tennessee Department of Education and Tennessee Public Television Council to deliver 100+ assets, strategic meetings with state and local government officials, PBS leadership, nonprofits and businesses
