o Manages companywide Licensing and Accreditations (including FDA, CLIA, several state agencies (California, New York, Maryland, Oregon, New Jersey, and Massachusetts), AATB, AABB) o Acts as Liaison between QC Laboratory and the reproductive laboratories/branches o Writes and revises SOPs and policies, and forms o Performs patient chart audits o Assists with performance improvement activities o Analyzes substandard specimen reports o Aids in product testing in the laboratory o Process Validation
