Daily Duties at Montefiore:
Clinical and operational responsibility for nursing department, activity professionals, dieticians, social work department, staff development, homecare and hospice community services. Clinical consultant to The Weils of Bainbridge, assisted living and skilled nursing facility business line on secondary site. Administrative duties include strategic planning, board committee participation, budgetary monitoring of revenue/expenses, regulatory and certification leader, public speaking, grant writing, new program development, community and health care partnerships and joint ventures.
