• Provided support for investment based software and additional applications: Factset, Marquee, Bloomberg, Bloomberg Anywhere, DataStream, Pacific Base, Documentum, Global Plus, Reuters Plus, Lotus Notes mail v. 6, Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 8.10, Symantec Ghost, Zone Labs Integrity Desktop, Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional, and Google Applications • Setup Lenovo laptops and desktops, and deployed software using Tivoli. This allowed efficient installation of multiple applications to multiple computers simultaneously • Provided support for Macintosh systems (OS X) • Used Net Support Manager to remotely connect to laptops for roaming users to resolve issues more efficiently • Setup Blackberry’s with Enterprise Activation for email, calendar, Bloomberg Anywhere and Factset Wireless access. These tools were made available to the research and investment analysts on the blackberry devices for access when traveling • Setup WiFi and Cisco VPN 5.0 access • Created learning guides to fill department needs • Setup Multifunction Devices and printers on Novell iPrint, which allowed users to install device drivers via the web, and assisted the Network team with Network support tasks and backups • Created/terminated user accounts using Novell Client 4.91, Console One v.1.3 and Active Directory • Recorded daily support activities using Remedy Access 7.0, and tracked computers and peripherals using Altiris Console
