Daily Duties at Nestle Dreyers Ice Cream:
• Utilized Imrex, an IBM AS/400 application, to recover and restore important customer related data from servers running on MS Windows Server 2003, and directed data to the Handheld computers, transmitted via the Skynax Manager • Ran Custom Oracle Application jobs to update customer data • Ran Appworx download jobs to resolve customer information issues on Handheld computers • Actively monitored server error alerts, restarted cron daemon and diverted uploaded files from Handheld computers to other servers when the receiving server encountered errors • Setup, troubleshot, and diagnosed errors on Intermec Handheld computers running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 Operating System and Mobile Application Suite (MAS) • Troubleshot issues related to invoice Dex between the Handheld computers and the vendor computers • Worked with other team members to ensure that escalated tickets are completed in a timely manner, with a high level of customer satisfaction, and within the Service Level Objective • Recorded daily support activities using call logging software, HEAT Service and Support, and Service Manager
