Daily Duties at Science Applications International Corporation:
Provided senior military (congressional) independent test and evaluation on joint (multi-service) service test programs. Plan and develop instrumentation, execute developmental and operational test, collect and analyze test data and report on system effectiveness and suitability to meet user requirements. Develop task order contract proposals, contract management (budget and requirements) and reporting, client relations and direction of up to 300 test personnel. Core Responsibilities: Provide large corporate account program management ($5-50M), create executable budgets, initiate, create and subcontracts and provide subcontract management, institute quality contract management reviews, negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensure corporate revenues were met, directed invoicing for primary and secondary operations, meet all deliverable and timelines, develop progress reports, act as primary client relations lead on all issues and dispute resolutions
