Provide acquisition management, testing and validation of chemical destruction plant construction and certification operations. Support new business development and contract proposal development and support. Core responsibilities: define and track new government contracts, develop technical requirement solutions, maintain workplace health, safety and environmental compliance of chemical agent construction and destruction activities, negotiate contract terms and conditions, development executable contract budgets, provide corporate contract red team reviews of space and missile defense, environmental, energy, counter-terrorism and military test and evaluation proposals.
