Daily Duties at Titanium Solutions:
Support, maintain, install, and upgrade servers utilized by company. Install and support VoIP system, and train employees in it's use. Maintain fax system and create so it could be utilized by all users at company. Maintained the backup system and made sure copies were stored off site. Moved company from biometric checkin system to batch id system managing the security. Supported all desktops, laptops, company smart phones, and more. Procured and maintained all hardware, software, and licenses used by the company.
