Manage civil docket of approximately 300 cases involving breach of contract, torts, landlord-tenant and medical malpractice issues. Draft memoranda and orders (including contributions to two Orders that were published in the Daily Washington Law Reporter). Research applicable laws to resolve motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and various discovery-related motions. Deliberate with Judge over the interpretation of relevant legal precedents before her in-court rulings. Organize Judge’s calendar to allow for quick resolution of motions.
