Table throughput increase of ~10% following layout modification Delegated as point for strategic execution following upper management direction Provided goals and targets to sales team both on a weekly basis as well as shift change basis where applicable Developed new employee training system following corporate protocol for new employee on-boarding Ensure all opening/closing duties are completed Responsible for handling cash from shift sales
