Daily Duties at American Classic Agency:
• Successfully initiated a variety of cold calls utilizing a variety of company scripts to targeting a diverse group of companies. • Exceeded company expectations and meeting goals and quotas for three years consecutively. • Developed high quality productive business relationships with customers via phone, negotiated contracts and sales averaging a minimum of fifty calls per day. • Facilitated twenty-five presentations per week, and generated 15 sales per month while utilizing a variety of sales techniques to meet all objectives. • Conducted needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users. • Contacted customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. • Referred unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. • Reviewed insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.
