• Developed employment opportunities for graduates both by reaching out to employer partners advertising employment and by cold calling employers to develop and/or maintain relationships. • Provided coaching to graduates on career search strategies, personal marketing, interview skills and resume writing. • Actively and routinely sought employer feedback and researched industry trends. • Assisted employers in the pre-screening process and coordination of interviews. • Coordinated employer visits, on-campus recruiting events, Job Fairs and Career Development Workshops. • Continuously researched industry and employer happenings and trends.
