Daily Duties at Ipreo:
• Assumed responsibility for overseeing equity, fixed income and retail book building software related to tier one and tier two banks across domestic and international markets. • Actively involved in various QA initiatives for the software which includes overseeing detailed testing, troubleshooting issues and determining client’s functional needs. • Cemented excellent business relationship with the clients. Provided exemplary service to the clients. Conducted product tutorials for the clients on a regular basis. • Proactively addressed and resolved all distinct client issues. Delivered assistance on deal execution to investment bankers, institutional investors and individual investors. • Compiled internal progress reports every week providing information on colleagues performance along with documenting scope for improvement with regards to client service and satisfaction. • Disseminated the reports to the senior management which was necessary to foster excellent client relationship. • Formulated and presented weekly reports to the senior management that highlighted the feasibility of the equity market in relation to clients along with providing a forecast of expected monthly revenue for the company.
