Daily Duties at Community Choice Financial (Checksmart):

Responsibilities included all aspects of the business for 65 locations. This also included 400+ employees. Direct contact with 7 district managers, 2 I.T employees and 2 store development employees, also dealt with employees for title loans as well plus a fully staffed collection department of 12. Maintained employee turnover at 30%. Growth was consistent current to previous year at 20% while collections maintained at 85% with the exception of February, March and April at 110%. Between Indiana and Utah revenue were 24,000,000 with steady growth year to year. In 2009 I was sent to Indiana to correct and maintain the DFI issues that happened. Not only did the current issues get corrected several other items were put into place in order not to have any more problems, such as better software for the state standards along with correcting employee issues. While all of this was being done I also managed to get the current growth from 0% to 20% over previous year. The collections remained at 85%+. Developed and presented annual regional meetings for district managers and store managers. This was normally done late in the year to discuss and improve any and all business relations that took place over current year. Continued to develop district managers to stay on course for future recommendations on advancement. Semi-annual and annual reviews for on going training along with the necessary tools for continued growth.
