Daily Duties at Home Care Assistance:
Worked closely with the team on all client, caregiver, and coordination activity including ongoing service delivery, client relationship management, caregiver and staff relations, and client acquisition. Managed care giving staff. Screening, interviewing and hiring new care giving staff, and overseeing initial and ongoing training. Scheduling/Staffing caregivers to client cases. Matching caregivers to clients as appropriate. Confirming and verifying fully staffed care schedules. Ensuring accurate time sheets for payroll and billing. Managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and conducting regular client quality assurance visits. Taking after-hours and emergency calls, including during off hours, from clients, referral sources and prospective clients when necessary. Maintaining internal operations compliant with local regulations and our Home Care Assistance operating model. Ensuring the accuracy of our various offices and reporting systems including Care Notes, Scheduling Software, Employee Files and HCA University.
