Daily Duties at Home Care Assistance:

Manage all direct home care business in the South Bay territory, including client acquisition, client relationship management, caregiver and staff relations, community brand building, referral marketing, and local office financial performance. Responsible in taking inbound inquiry calls and selling home care services to prospects. Conduct in-home assessments with prospects and their family members, convert prospects into clients. Identify specific client needs or conditions that should be detailed in Care Notes. Oversee ongoing care of current clients and conduct regular client visits and check in with any other important family members or decision makers (e.g., loved one who is primarily responsible for finances, primary physician, care manager, fiduciary or overseer, etc). Detail any changes in the client’s condition or living situation that would require an alternation of the care plan. Address any client emergencies as they arise (e.g., serious change in condition, caregiver dispute, billing dispute, caregiver no-show, etc.). Responsible in marketing and brand building and made frequent visits to active and potential network marketing conducts and participated in industry events. Confirm schedules, time sheets, and rates for clients and caregivers and manage the payroll delivery process weekly. Conduct scheduled reviews for all office staff (e.g., Care Coordinators, client services coordinators), make performance notes given standard templates, and make recommendations for promotions and/or changes in compensation.
