Daily Duties at Pitney Bowes/Psi Group Presort Services:

Directed internal transportation department, managed external courier services and supervised an 15-member team for a worldwide document and mailing services provider. Known as customer service subject-matter expert for CSM programs and technology. Managed the top 20% of clients (including multiple Fortune 500 Companies) who produced 80% of company’s revenue.  Created the customer service department guidelines for flagship office (Phoenix), which served as a model and training center for all Pitney Bowes/PSI operations across the county. Created a Customer Service guide book including a digital format of all systems and files.  Led the development of trend analysis tracking systems (Goldmine and Salesforce.com) to increase vendor accountability and eliminate delayed deliveries; allowed customers to monitor process and timelines. • Devised customer service program that utilizes digital cameras to address any concerns and measure year-over-year (YoY) benefits of services. Directed and coordinated the facility expansion activities for a branch location in Dallas, Texas, which included training new staff, setting up vendors, creating routes and communicating with customers. Advised clients on which products and services achieve the greatest ROI; developed and deployed client training programs to increase satisfaction and retention.
