• Developed, monitored, and forecasted the operational financial performance of five cost centers with 200 staff and a $40M annual budget • Monitored and analyzed monthly budget and tracked progress to plan. Prepared financial statements and variance analysis, reporting monthly results that identified, quantified, and delivered opportunities to align with and achieve financial commitments. Presented monthly financial update to upper management • Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting per management request: headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, reconciliation of accounts receivable, on-boarded contingent workers, managed capital equipment, travel, conferences, warranties and licenses. Aligned within 5% of budget • Worked with project managers to capture ROIs, hard, soft cost savings. Verified numbers provided • Participated in cross-functional programs and projects with outstanding interpersonal skills, while utilizing Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
