Daily Duties at Tele Tech:
• Supported global analytics for forecasts, budgets, actuals, and ad–hoc to improve decision making at all levels. Managed within 2% of $67M budget for three major corporate clients • Communicated directly with executives and corporate clients, both verbally and in formal presentations, to understand the business drivers behind the financial results of the operating unit o Tools: Hyperion, Oracle, Locus, Excel, SharePoint and Access o Forecasts: Budgeting, Quarterly “Bottoms Up” forecasts, Upside/Downside Reporting, Roll Forwards, Monthly Close o Analytics: Profitability Scenarios, YOY comparisons, Allocation Justification, Rate vs Volume Analytics, Wage and Payroll Analytics, New Business Viability, Currency Impacts, Accrual Tracking, Expense Reclassification • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the financial process to improve accuracy and to expedite analytics within a constantly changing environment. Created more standardization and faster turnaround of financial data to external and internal clients • Addressed various audit questions from Price Waterhouse Coopers. All were successfully resolved with the FP&A team
