Daily Duties at Digital Risk:
Chief Compliance Officer overseeing all compliance issues on regulatory matters relating to the mortgage origination and servicing business for both the enterprise and clients. Actively engaged on all regulatory initiatives by the CFPB and GSEs, including HARP, HAMP and HAFA issues. • Currently managing regulatory compliance requirements for both enterprise and clients, including developing, drafting and implementing policies and procedures in the mortgage origination and servicing field. • Providing analysis on Consent Order and Consent Judgment compliance for third party clients.
